Hey all, had a coffee chat/networking call with an MD today at an BB. I was surprised he even replied to my email. However, in the coffee chat I forgot to tell him I applied to the bank. I also didn't ask him for referrals to other employees.
In my thank you email I will send tomorrow, should I just tell him I applied and reiterate my interest for the bank, or ask for referrals to other people to talk to?

I would first show appreciation for their time being that their an MD and all, then I would talk about applying to the firm and then reiterate your interest. I would also attach your resume so they have reference to your background.
