What soft qualities do they look for?
I was talking about my "weaknesses" in an interview and said that I take on too much work and the guy turned around and said, "so you mean you can't say NO to people?".
So what other "soft" qualities are they looking for?
I usually tell them that while I dumbell curl 45 lbs with my right arm for 12 reps, I only get about 10 out of my left arm
They are looking for your ability to work with others, attitude, humility, temperament, etc.
