Just cracking a mario joke. Trolling aside, phone interviews are rather preliminary means to sort through candidates. The fact that you have one is great but you still have a ways to go. Keep on chugging and congrats on your success so far.
If its your first contact with the employer it is a first round screen. You could have an additional follow up calling pending the result of the interview or invited to inerview in person.

Thanks for response.. wouldn't a first round screen be with HR? That is why I'm asking. Also, I met an MD at the firm informally about a couple weeks ago.
