What to do after Trading...

Hi Guys, I have read WSO for a number of years but have only just joined as a member. I am a agricultural commodity trader at Cargill having recently graduated and being lucky enought to score this job within the last 6 months.

I am really enjoying the job and Cargill are a great company to work for (inbox me if you want further details by the way.) I want to know what you guys think should be my next step in my career and hopefully others in my situation can use this as a guide also. by no means am I looking to leave, but I always llike to be striving towards a goal. Everything I have been focusing on is getting that grad job. I have it now but would beintersting on hearing suggestions as to exit opps and how long ou should stay in one business in one division, and when I should begin looking for job promotions etc.

Any help will be truly appreciated!

Regards,

Marshall
