What to do for summer?

Hi, I am a rising Junior and Unfortunatley i was unable to land any great finance related internships. I currently am a teller at Chase, but I was wondering if I should work as an non paid intern at UBS instead. Recently was I became very interested in pursuing a career in investment banking. I was just wondering if working as an intern for UBS, Financial advisors has any help on pursuing a career in investment banking? is it even worth it to quit my job and network with Financial advisors at UBS? would they help increase my chances on becoming an i-banker? Thanks !

One of my professors interned at a BB PWM firm, which actually landed her a full-time position as a equity research analyst at the BB firm. Pretty cool. I think the key is to network your ass off during the summer, and maybe your supervisor may know someone that works at other departments of the bank, and can pass your resume along or something.
