What to do when the HR does not reply?

Hello guys,

I am looking for a position in business dev in Paris before to start my master in September. I am going to have 3 interviews this week with different companies but I am not really passionate about their activities.

I am passionate about technology and education and there is a very fast growing french semi-unicorn in this sector. I am in love with this company. I reached out some employees of that company last month, some replied and forwarded my resume to the HR manager. Then, I tried to follow up with her but no reply.

I really want to work for those guys, I love what they are doing, I don't mind to be an intern or a full-time employee. I am planning to wait in the front of the company tomorrow and talk to the founders directly and my passion for education.

Do you think it's a good idea?
