What to on non-target college to get a job in IB or Big4

Hello there,
currently I am entering college and for the whole summer I was thinking, what specifically I want to do after graduating. I have few question about how to craft my college experience so have the maximum out if towards my dream goals.

Goals (numbered in preference): 1. Getting into top MBA program (the chance is close to 0% without work experience, but I want to try it anyway) 2. BB Investment Banking 3. Big 4 accounting

I am entering non-target school (as far as I know) in state with few faces in mountain, so far away from my dreamed NYC. To make it even more complicated I am foreigner from European Union. On the other hand I believe I could be able to achieve GPA well above 3.5, I am in Honors College, and I would consider socializing as one of my strengths.

What are some MUST DO on college for me to get closer to my goals? For example is Beta Alpha Psi for accounting must have?

I choose Accounting as a Major. Does it hurt me in application for investment banking jobs? Should I focus on having Master of Professional Accountancy or Bachelors degree in Acc with minors in Finance (and possibly something else)? I probably could achieve both in three years with hard work.

In addition, would foreign languages and study abroad give me some edge? I love traveling and I would probably be able to spend up to 3 semesters in different countries (if I would pick just bachelors degree option) and gain language fluency. Is it somehow useful to speak more languages? If I would get into some well known schools during study abroad, could it cover partially my no-name school in US?

Last question, I will be entering college as Sophomore and I would really like to have interns in my both summers. Are there any options for internship during sophomore-junior summer in Accounting or Investment Banking? If so how can I get there assuming I will have good grades and recommendations? Or should I more focus on some summer research?

Thank You very much for answers!
