What Was Your Career Progression

Hi all - I think I am undergoing a quarter life crisis. I'm 2 years into my career and have a solid gig at a top development firm - but - I don't love it, and am considering potentially trying something more generalist (or just less siloed to RE). Graduating and entering the workforce has made me realize paths are often not super linear. So my questions are:

1. Generally - what was your career progression/how did you get to where you are today?

2. What would advice would you have for your 24 year old self?

3. Do you enjoy your job? (Wondering if I might have unrealistically high expectations for how much one must like their job)

Hope this doesn't come off too contrived, but I'm just genuinely finding it helpful to see how different and varied people's career progression can be. Thanks!
