What would you do? Advice Needed

Hey guys,

I am currently a third year student at a reputable university in the UK studying Economics.

I have been very insufficient in my knowledge of how to get into banking where doing a Spring then converting it into a Summer and graduate role would have been the easiest way. However, I was not aware of the spring and was too late for the summers last year. I am hoping if anyone has any advice on what I should do at this stage. I have been networking to try and get a graduate job and boutiques or medium sized firms.

What would you do in my position? Do I give up at trying to find a job or is there still a chance?
