When do you start getting work?
I joined a JEF/WB type place a month ago and despite everyone saying the team is short-staffed, I really haven't been given any work. I've built out a few pitch decks and have been on a couple client calls, but most of the time I sit around reading.
Is this normal and when do things start to ramp up?
