When random people add you on LinkedIn
What do you do? Ignore? or Accept. You don't know the person.
They're not even really in the industry you are in/ plan to be in.

I usually ignore them
Always ignore randos. I also sometimes ignore people I know if I don't think it will benefit me to be connected to them. Even if I know you in real life, the fact that you work at Applebee's is going to get you ignored.
What's the downside if someone you don't know, adds you? Furthermore, how do you know if someone will 'benefit' you or not.
You don't really realize the benefits of LinkedIn until you run into a business roadblock, only to find that the same creep who LinkedIn to you 6 months back is connected to the that exact roadblock.
depends on their number of connections, quality of profile page, and how active he/she seems to be. If he/she has lots of connections, you can benefit from it as it will lead to heaps of 2nd degree connections.
I always add people on Linked In ... I dont see where it could hurt you?
I usually accept if they are already in my network.
Only accept if they include some type of note saying how they found me/why they're adding me.
