When to give notice at current firm?
Hey Monkeys,
I'm 1 year out from undergrad and received an offer this week to join a MM IB. Extremely hyped to say the least. One thing that isn't exactly clear (and HR wasn't too helpful) is when should I submit notice to my current firm? signed the offer letter, but still have to wait for the final portion of background checks and reference calls. Submit now or wait until everything clears?
