When to Start Networking 2025 SA
I am a rising sophomore at a semi-target (wake, Boston college). A lot of advice that I have gotten is to apply as early as possible when 2025 SA positions open up. I have talked to a couple people in the industry and they have told me I am very early into networking. When do SA applications usually open and how long before then should network.
2024 SA opened Jan - Mar. Cant imagine 2025 open any earlier than that but u never know. September is a good time to start networking to beat the rush.
Analysts/Associates are less busy in the fall so response rates would probably be better. But if you do that, you have to make sure you maintain that connection and don’t just send them a follow-up right when you apply in the spring.
