Did you ever provide your resume/CV? I have gone through the email chain and don't seem to find it.

Should I send him my resume as it is and tell him that it does not include my current work, or should I update my resume to include my internship, even though I am halfway through it and haven't completed any projects yet?

Okay, so should i just keep resume as is, but say in the email that I have not included my current position on it because I am in the process of working?
okay, well should I write it in the present tense then? For example, one of the bullet points could be
"Currently working on a project compiling economic data and creating graphs."
