Where to apply is most effective?

Hi,

I've never applied through job websites such as efinancial or Monster, so had no experience at all. I found my other two internships through networking and school recruiting website. This year when I have to look for a job, it seems like networking and school website isn't gonna be enough since the market is so bad.

What websites you think are effective to use that employers really take a look at it? and can lead interviews?(I know some company websites employers barely look)

How much the chance is apply on job website?

Thanks for any thoughts and suggestions!

I know. But recruiting season is over, not many companies come to school at this time. Besies, school center, networking/emailing alumni. What other ways can I use?
