Where to go career wise at BB

Currently a Quant at a BB and graduated with a 3.8 from a quant target school. I am not mathematically inclined enough to get into a top shop like Jane Street like some of my peers, which is why I hesitate going even further into Quant or get a STEM grad degree (I feel like I get beat out by people who are actually interested in those subjects when it comes to interviewing). My primary consideration is $$$ (I know that how that sounds) and I was wondering what possible paths there would be for someone with a decent amount of hard skills (python, sql, C) as well as someone who is interested in the client side of things. At this point in my career, I don’t mind not having WLB. I have thought about an MBA but I was wondering if the ROI is worth it vs just working the entire time salary wise or getting a different degree. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
