Which EBs allow you to apply to multiple offices?
Can I apply to multiple offices (e.g. Bay Area / LA and NY) at Centerview, Evercore, and Moelis?

Moelis and I believe Greenhill only allow you to submit an application to one office. PWP allows you to rank offices but will only consider you for one office. I've had friends who applied to and interviewed for multiple offices at Evercore and Lazard.
Can confirm the other comment. PJT will also let you interview for multiple offices
