Which Job to Take?

Hi everyone, seeking your advice on a sticky career situation.

To give a background about me, I'm an international senior at a target school, with summer internship at a well known PE fund (nyc). My performance was top, but I did not receive a return due to sponsorship.

Going into full time recruiting, I currently hold a 3 month summer internship offer post graduation at a small public equities shop. I really love the work here and the people are very smart - I'm sure I will learn the most at this shop, but it is an internship that does not lead to full time.

I have another ft offer for a small vc shop, pre-seed. I'm not too sure if I want to do vc full-time, and would rather be in public markets. But this role sponsors visas and it is a full time.

Am I crazy for leaning towards the summer internship? I would have to re-recruit for full time but I have keen interest in public equities and I genuinely believe it will be a much better learning experience for me.

Thanks for advice!
