Who should I be networking with during SA to maximize return offer chances?

Hey guys, 

So I'm interning at a BB in NYC this summer and obviously I'm trying my best to secure a FT return offer. I know that networking and having coffee chats is quite important in terms of maximizing return offer chances.

I was wondering who (analysts/associates / VPs / MDs / etc) typically has the most influence/say on return offers and who should I be primarily targeting specifically for networking/coffee chats? 

Ideally, I would like to meet with as many ppl as possible but I also need to get work done so I would like to use my networking time as efficiently as possible if that makes sense.
