Whole Loan, Performing / Reperforming Residential Mortgages Case Study
Hi All,
Does anybody have any case studies on residential mortgage portfolio sales in Europe?
I have 3 interviews at various PE firms with the role being to buy whole loan portfolios from European banks/servicers and wanted to get my mind in shape as I have been working on mostly financings recently.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
