Why can’t I get a job

College senior here and I’ve tried everything and I am getting discouraged at this point. I’ve sent probably close to 120-150 resumes and have not received an offer yet. I have had decent internship experience and have a decent gpa at a big university. I’ve networked on linked-in, used resume scanners, found emails of hiring manager, and everting in between.I want to work in nyc and have had a few interview even flying out for them to ghost me. I’m just lost at this point and want to know what do or what you did to get a job in finance. Any tips or things you think I might be missing ? Thank you !
