Background: I am a sophomore who had an internship w a small pe company over the summer. Currently, I am going through the IB process (I right now am planning to be part of a BB diversity sophomore insights program - how helpful is that?) but now that recruiting for junior year positions will be happening over the spring and early summer, why would it matter what sophomore internship I do. Couldn't I not talk about that or put it on my resume before I end up getting decisions for junior year internships?
