Why don't people reply on LinkedIn?
I created a Linkedin account, and have messaged dozens of those fucking employees and recruiters. But only one fucker even bothered to reply thus far. And even then, he just said, "I'll forward your resume to another fucker."
Now I am applying to jobs for which I have good education and work experience in. Why the FUCKING hell do recruiters not reply????
I noticed that the vast majority (virtually all) of recruiters and human-resource people are females and phaggots.
I wonder if that has anything to do with it? I know that females are emotional and thus unqualified. Same for the fags. So is that why they don't bother to reply to any of my fucking messages??

It may be your attitude. Are you sending a generic email to each or are you actually sending them a message geared towards them. Also, keep in mind that you are not the only person emailing them.
Try gunning for somebody in a division you want to work for, network with them and see if they will hand your resume off.

I am not getting any. I am not looking, I used other avenues to network - family, friends, professors and so on. Which is always the best route to go. LinkedIn works for a ton of people, but any time you can have someone who can vouch for you directly it will always be better.
