Would banks rescind their offer?
Lateraling from commercial banking at a top BB to IB as analyst 3 at a strong regional bank. Went through all the background check and was given communication by the HR that I’m good to start in 2 weeks. Everything feels very surreal to me, because I have always wanted to break into IB. I don’t have my FINRA license yet and I’m coming as an analyst 3 would that be a issue? Do people get their offer rescinded? My resume and background was 100% truthful.
Well they’ll probably give you some time to pass the exams a few weeks into the job, no?
Yes. I guess I’m just over worrying about it, because there was a lack of communication. Just don’t want me offer to be rescinded.
