Hello all, seeking some opinions. I have an upcoming in-person AC for graduate role for a fairly good firm, but I'd need to fly there from another country to attend it in-person. HR said I could do it virtually and unlikely to sponsor travel. Would doing it virtually impact me getting hired? Would you fly to another country on your own dime to attend AC in person?
