WTF?

So I dropped a resume online for a BB. I missed a call on my cell phone two days later from the same BB (googled the number). No message, no email, so I called back and left my own message (HR VM machine). A day passes and I haven't heard anything back. WTF?

figure out the email address and send an email? what company? most are [email protected]

I would say give it a few days and then call again. Two messages are okay.

btw, relax....hr is overwhelmed with candidates that they have to contact. They get on average a couple hundred emails from candidates a day and dozens of calls. An additional guess is if they called it might be more positive then negative since it is very easy to decline/ignore you if you dropped online. They might have wanted additional info that may have been lacking from your resume.

Good luck.
