A Middle office manager looking to make a career jump....

Hello everyone - thanks for having me. I already appreciate the forward, brutally honest, and intelligence that exists in this forum. I'm a 5th year team leader in the Risk MO, and now realize why and what exactly it is I want to do. After excelling at every role I've had, I landed a team lead position managing MO across the Americas. The work has become numbingly boring, and I don't want to be a part of the "do what I say" and just "push buttons" crew anymore.

How can I make a jump after 5 years in? I'm not as interested in the "it is too late" answers, and an more focused on the actions. I realize at this point it'll be difficult, but I believe a man can do anything they dream of. Your help and guidance is appreciated.
