advise for an unprepared undergrad

Im a graduating senior, transferred to an average school in the US junior year and basically had no idea the importance of internships and stuff.

Any suggestions on whats the best first few steps for a guy like me to have a job in investment banking in the future?

im planning to do CFA after graduation, and maybe grad school in the long run but as of now, any beneficial self learn courses i could take? any skill i could probably be familiar with?

i dont plan to have a fancy job any time soon, but where could i possibly start?
