Any tips for a young adult starting out in the financial industry?
Hi there, as you have probably guessed I have recently joined Wall Street Oasis and am soon to start a job in the financial industry. I just wondered if anyone has any tips in general as regards to networking, making an impression, getting the most out of my job and progressing as quickly as possible etc. Thanks!

Work hard, be smart, and be yourself. Try to have some fun when you get free time. That's really it.
Talk to as many people as you can and ask about their experiences, people LOVE talking about themselves.
