am looking at Sales and Trading offers from MS (IED), BarCap, and DB. What are pros/cons, experiences, and thoughts on each?

Career Resources
MS Equities is top-notch on the Street. BarCap is a top-three firm in S&T, DB is strong as well. Personally, I'd rank them in that precise order. Morgan is one of the last true banks, BarCap as a firm does probably the best job of not leeching off the balance sheet (not exactly relevant), not incredibly familiar with Deutsche.
Morgan Stanley (unbiased, ;))

Well do you want to do Equities or FICC? That should have a big impact on your decision.
It is for a summer analyst position and I would like to experience both IED and FICC because I am really not sure
