bigfooted introduction

I'm starting business school next fall (class of 2016) at Wharton. I've spent a couple years at a small strategy consulting firm and then another couple years in the portfolio operations group (think KKR Capstone) at a largish PE fund (~$4B flagship fund). I want to transition into investment banking or big 3 consulting after getting my MBA. I'm hoping to use WSO to get smart about investment banking and financial modeling.

I'm happy to answer any questions about my small firm consulting/PE company operations experience. Feel free to message me. In retrospect, neither job was really a great fit for me, although they were both decent opportunities (the PE role being infinitely better than the consulting one). I'm also happy to answer any questions about the MBA application process.
