Chance me for these schools as an international transfer student

Hi monkeys, I'm a junior student from China, with college GPA of 3.47/4.00, that is a top 5% rank (basically no grade inflation in my school), major is computer science now, and is in want of changing that to econ after transfer.

Current institution is Tongji University, which is located in Shanghai, and is hopefully among the most selective 10 universities in China, though is on its way downward these years. High School GPA is about 3.8/4.0, rank in high school is 4/800

Extra-curricular activities include internship with a management consulting firm called A.T.Kearney, at its Shanghai office and another one with Morgan Stanley, basically some technology works.....Both are not summer intern but only part-time intern during the college semester

Also some other extra-curricular things like students club...TV program shooting..

Don't have SAT/ACT as an international student, so just have to apply to those who don't demand SAT/ACT scores

TOEFL is 101, with listening 24, writing 24, speaking 23, reading 30

Having submitted applications for 3 schools' spring transfer admission, I'm extremely worried of being rejected, because someone told me my TOEFL score sucks hard. They said one above 105 is needed. But I thought 100+ is ok, that's the reason I didn't take the test another time before it's too late. I hope I've made it clear......Now I'm so down because I think I'm gonna ruin it just because of the fucking TOEFL 101. Desperately need your help to get a sense of my chances. With all your thoughts, I think I can understand my position then make future plans.

So I've submitted application for

1) Cornell (Econ)

2) UMich (Econ)

3)UVA (Econ)

And I'm going to apply before 15th Oct to

4) NYU (Econ)

5) UIUC (Econ)

What're my chances at these schools?? Does a 101 TOEFL kill my chances? If so, what should I do????

Thanks you all in advance, I'm desperately need help!!
