College Student

Hello everybody,

I just signed up for this site while searching around for more information on I-banking. This upcoming winter/spring I am hoping to interview for bulge and boutique banks. I am extremely interested in finance and I enjoy learning it on my own. I feel like I am not as prepared as i would like to be for the upcoming interviews.

THEREFORE, the purpose of this posts, is I am looking fo recommended books and/or online programs to learn everything from to the basics to DCF, M&A, financial statement modeling, etc.

I would really appreciate the help as I am planning to use my whole winter break to learn and prepare for upcoming interviews. I also would love any general advice or information as well.

Thanks

Okay so I found the book as well as BIWS.

I believe I am going to get that book but have you also heard of a newer one, "How to Be an Investment Banker, + Website: Recruiting, Interviewing, and Landing the Job (Wiley Finance)" by Andrew Gutman. Do you believe the first one will be adequate or is this one better?

Back to BIWS, I did find that and online courses they offer. I also found online courses by WallStreetPrep (through WSO). Do you believe these courses are extremely helpful or have an opinion on online courses in general?

Thanks for the help, it is much appreciated.
