Eligibility for taking series 7 exam

I am a post graduate in financial planning.currently unemployed i do have profession experience with an Indian broker.Am i eligible to take the FINRA Series 7 Exam by submitting Form U10. Can someone please clarify this?

No. You need to be sponsored by a registered employer/broker.
