Finra licenses 7, 66 , ...VS CFA

Thinking about changing careers . From Hospitality business To Investment . What is the best approach for such a change ?
( Taking in consideration that I am middle age )

1. To have a quick access into the market by taking FINRA exams 7& 66 and get an entry level position with a bank then later figuiring out where to go or what to do .

2. To study for a certificate like The CFA .

Reading both contents i got the idea that FINRA licenses provide you with more industry knowledge mean while CFA or MBA provides you with more technical analysis tools. is this is a correct assumption ?

Just stay where you are. Holy shit.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.
