Good jobs I can get following experience in operations

I'm about to start working in operations IB and have accepted the fact that I probably won't get a finance position at this bank.. That being said, are there good paying business jobs in the non financial industry that I can be making down the road with "operations" on my resume? Specifically around 200k at around my 30s
