It's funny to me, your actual skills are probably worth 45k all-in with no benefits. Target school branding at its finest. You have to start somewhere and that's pretty good, run with it and see where it takes you.
Holy shit clearly I joined the wrong management development program.
I'm assuming that is McMaster Carr. It's hard to know because it's been a bit of a black hole. People have said good things about it but so few actually pass up the type of things you did to go into it. At this point you've made your bed. You can keep looking but I would give it time and see how you like it.
