Learning

Hello, I have just recently been bitten by the finance bug, and now I would like to know what I should do in order to become a successful investor. I have visited many sites in order to try and get a grasp on concepts, etc. And maybe I just need to let the year's seep in before I notice an increase of financial knowledge. I am just about to start college and I hope someone would like to point me in the right direction. Happy day.

C'mon now, there's no way I'm going to enjoy my first year now. Just tell me if there are any other books besides the graham volume I have that are worth checking out. What kind of stuff do you do, what parts of a company should one analyze before buying, etc. don't answer if you don't want to, I am perfectly fine with feeling left out.

The world is gray today, fraught with fear in an endless haze, to remark upon happy notes is only but a lie.

Honest answer: if someone had all of the answers of investing, they wouldn't be writing books. You can search this website for interesting books, there are tons of recommendations. But none will teach you to be a 'successful investor'.
