Depends on how much debt you have (and other obligations - kids? family? etc).

For a single person with low to no student loans $130K is very comfortable. You can rent a nice 1 bd for $3-3.2K (even less if you want a studio, and depends where you want to live). Go out just about every weekend for low key meals (not hitting the clubs every weekend).

But as the poster above said, depends on what you consider comfortable. Do you have to eat all your meals out? Do you have to go out drinking every weekend? Vacations?
