Looking For Highly Analytical Trading Desk

WSO,
I'm currently working in an analyst non-trading revenue generating role for a major investment bank in the mortgage department. I am very analytical and I find mortgages can be a bit of a Monkey Business. Mortgages is definitely mainstream and I figure I can leverage my tier 2 front office mortgage role for a trading job for a non-mainstream product. Only issues are i'm not sure which products are heavily analytical and I doubt I know anybody that could get me a job.

Any Advice?
