My current B/D deal. Good or Bad?
So I got an opportunity with an up and coming small B/D, the arrangements are as follow, I have to give away 10 accounts, the first one I keep, then the payout is....0-20k: 50%......20-30: 55%.......30-40: 60%..........40+: 65%......
Coming from someone with a year and a half experience, and no book. Are these conditions normal / average??
Also, once the pay starts coming in, I'll have to pay roughly 1.8-2.2k in fees to the office. Is this reasonable? Or no? Would love to hear what someone with experience thinks! Thank you.
****must note, the job is fully commission, I am receiving no salary.
