Good morning,
I realized that I used this site a while back to do some research and have simply been perusing through some of the posts, but I figured it would be appropriate to actually introduce myself. I am in real estate finance at a firm in Irvine, CA and have been underwriting commercial/multifamily mortgages for nearly the past year since my 2013 graduation from a non-target (SoCal target) university. I am starting on the Originations side of the business next week. Glad to be here and appreciate all of the posts!
