New User Introduction

Hello, 

I am a new user and thought I would take the chance to introduce myself. I am from South Africa and recently moved to Georgia so my wife can study at UGA. I am in the process of writing the CFA exams ( I have already passed the first two levels and hoping to write the third in December 2020), and have a undergraduate degree and honours degree in Investment Management. 

As a South African things such as internships were not as important so I have already noted that I seem to be at an experience disadvantage; however I can guarantee I am a hard worker, and have some experience within the sale of investment funds, and basic fund analysis for clients. 

My ultimate goal is to get an analyst role either in equities or fixed income. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
