Hi All,
I've accepted an offer at RBC and was wondering if you could provide any additional information on what the program is like. What's the culture at RBC like for summers? How should I begin preparing? Thanks for the advice.
Canada or US? Group?

RBC is very well respected in Canada (I think it's the best one there) but in the US, its a MM firm. Decent enough i guess.
