Rookie looking for answers

Hey guys, I found this forum from another forum that I frequent and just wanted to say whats up! A little bit about me:

21 year old sophomore, attending The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul MN. It's a small private liberal arts school with a great reputation here in the cities. I've got my mind set on finance and I've gotten a large chunk of econ courses and acct courses done so I'm currently enrolled in the generals they have us complete here (PHIL and THEO). Just using this site to get more engaged in the finance community!

As far as plans in the finance industry i dont really have a direction yet so im hoping this site helps me with that as well.

Whichever path you choose, set your bar as high as possible. If you aren't constantly failing, you haven't set the bar high enough.

Tenacity, determination, and resiliency are prerequisites if you want to work in finance.
