Seeking immediate advice from senior members.

Whadup oasis!
My name is Chris and I am a 3rd year student at Bowie state university. Im here in hopes to network and gain initial knowledge of the banking industry. My end goal is to become hedge fund manager by 30. I currently have no prior knowledge about the field so I am looking for the correct direction to be pointed to. I plan to study IB twice a day in order to become knowledgeable enough to hold my own and further my own learning.

Any IB 101 book suggestions ?
Where should I start?
If you were 20 years old, but knew what you know now about IB, what would you do differently?
I want to eat, breathe, and sh$! investment banking.
