Top schools for Technology IB (besides HSW)

I know this topic has been discussed previously on the forum but couldn't find any convincing arguments / specific data. Pretty sure I can't get into HSW but anything outside of those three might be within the reach (let's see what happens in the fall!). If I want to settle down in the Bay Area doing Tech IB, which schools provide the best / easiest route? For example, is Haas better than Sloan from this perspective? Should I even consider Stern at all? Should I be more open to other industries / areas (e.g., NY) since tech banking is such a small and competitive pool? My current work experience involves second-tier strategy consulting.

Your honest opinions are much appreciated.

Thanks!
