Metabolic 4 Rounds: 2 Minutes of Burpees -directly followed by- 3 minutes of As Many Reps as Possible 3 Object Swings (Detergent Bottle, Paint Can, Laptop Bag, etc.) 6 Push ups 9 Air Squars
