It's not a question of who is most suited to hire, or of workplace security. It's a civilizational question.

I have never denied male involvement. I, unlike from you, try to deduct observations to its lowest common denominator, which is an non-white and non-east asian male, before I draw any conclusion.

 

If you want to talk about the merits of diversity and the impact of diversity programs, I'd love to have a conversation with you regardless of where you stand.

If all you're going to do is throw out an incendiary statistic to draw a reaction, I don't think you add a lot to this forum.
