  1. Work out / begin a bodyweight fitness and cardio routine; 6 weeks is enough to lose a significant amount of weight or gain a good cardio base before your internship starts, and develop good habits

  2. Do an Excel learning course, such as Breaking Into Wall Street. Unplug your mouse of course. Get super comfortable with doing everything through your keyboard and be able to navigate fluently

  3. Read 3 books (one book every 2 weeks) that you have been meaning to but haven't done yet. Not finance books... something that will entertain, inspire, or teach you something.

  4. If you haven't yet, learn how to meal prep and cook healthy adult meals... will be helpful for a relationship as well

  5. Konmari your life - get rid of everything extraneous that's holding you down in terms of material things, and get super organized

Any major life change is an opportunity to go into a new situation lean and mean!

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.

Macabacus is your friend for everything free Excel / financial modeling wise. It even has downloadable templates, which you can practice re-creating (using only keyboard of course).

I should also note, please do not buy or learn any macros! Your individual bank will have their own macros based on Factset, CapIQ or others. It's much better to learn the generic Microsoft shortcuts first, and then the macros when you start your job.

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.
